Artists may submit up to 4 hung and 2 free standing works. In the event that the total number of entries exceeds the hanging capacity of the venue, then the maximum number may be reduced. Artists should therefore list their works in order of priority.
Any Previously entered artwork(s) cannot be re-entered and the organisers reserve the right to decline any artwork(s). Preference will be given to new artwork(s).
Entry forms: To be completed and forwarded with entry fees to the Marysville Art Show - either via email and Electronic Funds Transfer OR to PO Box 82 Marysville, VIC 3799 - by no later than Friday 18th October 2019.
All paintings must be framed and ready for hanging including D rings and wire. Stretcher frames are also acceptable providing they are ready to be hung.
All textiles need to be mounted, or be able to be hung, or be presented for display.
The Triangle Arts Group (TAG) will retain 25% of the proceeds of all sales, with the balance to be paid to the entrant within 14 days (19th November 2019) by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Deliveryofartwork: Is the responsibility of the entrant and all works are to be delivered to the Marysville Information & Regional Artspace (MiRa), 11 Murchison Street Marysville on either Sunday 27th or Monday 28th October between 11am – 3pm.
All possible care will be taken when handling an entrants work. However, an entrant accepts and assumes full liability for any loss or damage to their property at any time and from any cause whilst on the event premises. An entrant also expressly releases MiRa, TAG and the Marysville Art Show from any and all liability for such loss or damage.
Each artwork and attendant packaging must be clearly labelled with the artists name, painting title, medium and sale price.
Unsold works: Can be collected from MiRa on Tuesday 5th or Wednesday 6th November between 11am – 3pm, OR by prior arrangement.
